Blind Owl is a surreal horror feature-length film based on the modern adaptation of Sadegh Hedayat’s masterpiece novel “The Blind Owl” . The film is set in Prince Edward Island, Canada starring Katharine Isabelle, Armin Amiri & written, directed by Mostafa Keshvari.

A solitary lighthouse keeper spirals into madness, plagued by eerie visions of a ghostly woman and haunted by his dark past. His fragile mind unravels as he becomes increasingly obsessed with the woman, blurring the lines between reality and nightmare. With his new wife by his side, the horrors of his unresolved trauma and guilt over abandoning his traditional life for modernity resurface, exposing his twisted psyche and setting the stage for a descent into violent insanity. The isolation of the lighthouse becomes a living nightmare as past and present merge into a terrifying psychological collapse.
